Fishing
Tips:
Always pay attention to changing water and weather conditions.
Rocks are slippery and you can get hurt. Pay attention to all
posted warning signs. Do not fish where prohibited. Please do
not leave anything behind – nothing but footprints!
Snorkeling
Tips:
Always snorkel with a buddy. The best snorkeling areas are generally
near shore over the reef. Don’t swim out to transitional waters,
the currents may be very strong. Check water conditions before
entering the water. Don’t snorkel in murky, muddy waters or where
surfers are present. Wind chop is less in the morning, before
afternoon trade winds begin. Ocean conditions can change quickly
so be safe, be aware and have fun.
If
in doubt, go with a pro. Check out the snorkel lesson/adventure
tour!
Turtles
are an endangered species and protected by Federal Law. It’s okay
to look but do NOT TOUCH!
